Another one of those is the Interest Rate, the aggregate money supply in the system
authorized by the country's Reserve Bank or Central Bank. This is like saying how
much water there is in the swimming pool, and how much chlorine has been added
to it, how well it is heated, whether the water is comfortable....lovely feeling, eh?
A high interest rate will not even serve the moneyed classes in the long run,
because when industry and commerce is starved of funds, services become fewer
and more expensive! Therefore, a moderated interest rate is the key to successful
economic growth, it creates a swimming pool that is pleasureable to be in.
