Seems like most countries where the interest rate is more than 4 percent,
the Central Banks will have to consider reducing it to ensure a smooth
touch-down for the economy, rather like a pilot readying his craft for a smooth
Last time, in 2008, most countries left it a little too late - and then had to
cut drastically several times in quick succession.
This time I pray the money bosses will save everybody the pain.
