This week the world focus is on the Eurozone issue.
The yields on the 10-year Greek Bonds at 33 percent are much too high.
It is like a payday loan some people take out and can never re-pay in a month.
It is like a mill-stone round the neck.
If Greece is part of the Eurozone, they should be given support in this matter
- otherwise the yields make anyone think they are alienated or something,
which cannot help the cause of a union.
If people charge Greece the sort of interest they themselves would be happy to pay, the whole issue will find a solution which most could accept and be happy with.
When the Italy bonds went above 4 percent yield, the margin was increased, and that took the yield to over 7 percent, causing an opaque, dense market.
So the margins have to be adjusted. Also,I would suggest, especially in the case
of the Greek bonds.
I think the positive thinking books refer to the Generosity Principle.
That when applied will help to benefit the benefactors.
So, please, ladies and gentlemen, please be generous towards Greece.
That will clear the opaqueness from the markets.
