Governments cannot do everything for the citizens, they often
don't have the resources to fund everything and so on.
But people should think of it as their duty to tell the authorities
what needs to be done, and hopefully everything will improve.
A nation is like a big family. If we all give our views, and exercise
patience, the future will be better.
I have read in spiritual literature that Russia has a great soul.
That is a wonderful quality about Russia, a nation with a great soul.
