Yesterday I did a blog about Climate Change, about thinning forests to avoid fires, and also creating training and jobs for lumberjacks, and making furniture. That blog must have been an absolute hit, attracting many readers, especially from Yoshkar-ola in Russia.
While welcoming friends from Yoshkar-ola, I touched on the subject of Moscow. I had visitors from Jiddah. Things are tough out everywhere, and the only Magic Wand in existence is good human relations, a belief in God, and governments' willingness to come out and talk to the people they got elected by.
Governments are elected by people, and they should see it as their solemn duty to offer the best services in administration of law and justice and managing the economy.
Shooting protestors dead as they are doing in Syria is gross violation of Human Rights, as it denies them freedom of speech and peaceful protest.
Anyone in a position of political power must acknowledge the truth that their power is a gift from the people, bestowed unto them by the citizens who have voted for them.
And those citizens deserve good service from an able adminisration, not bullets or tear gas or lathis.
Once the politicians keep in mind that they are answerable to the public who has elected them, then things can improve.
May God bring you continued peace and joy.
