Today as I went to church, I thought about a question. A question posed by Hugo Chavez, President of Venezuela. Few days ago, on TV I saw him ask this question :
"Is it possible, the Americans have developed something that can induce cancer?"
Hugo Chavez is a good, open-minded man, and he was posing the question that has crossed his mind, as he has been through treatment for cancer, and several other South American leaders have cancer.
That suggests the fear of a conspiracy.
Of course, the more likely cause is the change of climate everywhere, pressures of
power, and maybe the diet, and of course the idea of conspiracies, to which some people in high places are suseptible.
Cancer, I suggest, may have something to do with wishing to be in control of destiny
all the time. Be relaxed, be open-minded, be happy. Life is God's gift to everybody.
As I went to church, the guide within said Sunday should be for God.
Go and sing in the church, even if your voice is croaky. Don't be too self-conscious,
just join in.
Perhaps we should all go to the temple, and sing the praises of our Lord.
Is it too much to spend a few hours each Sunday and worship the One who's made us
all, and gives everything that we have ?
So, Mr Chavez, spend some time at the church, play music to your hearts content,
and know that no one will conspire against you.
Just as Signore Amore loves us all, so will He grant you good health.
