The second leg of Recovery seems to be getting under way, with US Housing numbers showing an improvement, although of course there is a long way to go before the numbers stack up neatly.
The Stockmarket is also tentatively positive, hoping for calm in the Strait of Hormuz.
Today, the best words on Middle East peace came from Mr Ehud Barak, quoted on Fox news as saying that Israel does not live in the luxury of counting on the U.S. coming to their aid. I hope this will reassure the Iranian people and defuse the unnecessary tension that was building up in the Gulf.
As their nuclear plans are part of their alternative energy strategy, there is no reason why Israel or anybody should wish to harm them.
A peaceful understanding between these two nations will bring peace not only to the Middle East, but to the world, as the Strait of Hormuz stays open, supplying Oil to the world at large, ensuring economic Recovery continues.
I pray for Peace for these two nations.
