There's a book by Ron Holland, called Talk and Grow Rich. It was published in the 1980s, and is a classic by some standards. I enjoyed reading it, then writing to Ron, and meeting him, and I have become a fan of Ron's.
His books hold interest, and one gleans something new at every read.
Now, to the power of Fifteen Hundred.
A close friend listened to one of Ron's audio tapes, in the Bookshelf Millionaire series,
and was particularly impressed in Ron's dramatic voice telling us about the power of
Long and short, it goes like this, How do you motivate yourself, if you just need to concentrate on one figure?
Let us say you wish to earn 1500 in a month, you wish to own a 1.5 litre car (1500),
and you wish to be on a diet of 1500 calories.
I cannot imitate Ron's voice, but this is what he suggests:
Go high up in the mountains, or the beach, or maybe a bench in the park, or even the floor of your room. There, on the ground, write (or mimic writing) 1500, 1500, 1500...
It's like some trance, a mantra....1500, 1500, 1500.
Before long, the subconscious is saturated with the happy, exhilarating, thrilling, sound of 1500, Fifteen Hundred, Fifteen Hundred.
And, if applied with some inspiration from Ron's books, or something of your own,
you're dancing and singing and saying Praise, Hallelujah....Fifteen Hundred.
So, my friend found success with this mantra. She's earning 1500, driving a 1.5 litre car, and keeps a diet of 1500 calories a day.
Wish you lots of luck with this mantra...
