Immigration into the U.K. from outside the EU is going to become even more selective. It's not just numbers they want to attract, but people of a certain calibre, people with qualifications which would put them on a minimum salary of £31,000 per annum.
Question is, what has gone wrong with the educational system in England? As education is free upto secondary level, what has stopped people going beyond? Or is it the way they recruit people here? Why can't people here be trained for such jobs?
The current policies will help address such questions for the next generation, and suggest what they could do to implement currently.
