There is a good way to reduce blood sugar, reduce swelling in legs and generally feel good in drinking tea made with Tulsi (or Basil leaves).
One tea-spoon of Basil leaves in one cup of water, infuse in a stainless steel saucepan, over a low heat for ten minutes. Drink the tea (without milk), and eat the leaves.
Morning and night if suffering is really bad, or just at night for so-so condition. After three four days, you will notice the difference.
