Today, on a day when the markets went down (Oil did also, which is good), I was glad to hear of the schoolboys on a Yellow school bus in Washington who saved the schoolbus and the driver by their quick-witted actions.
Apparently, the bus driver groaned and passed out whilst driving. One schoolboy jumped up, seeing what had happened, grabbed the wheel, made it straight, and then ...pulled the key out of the ignition. He said he had been reading about a superhero character do like that in a book.
The other schoolboy, realizing that a doctor was needed, quickly phoned 911 on his mobile, and soon the thankful driver was taken to hospital by ambulance.
These quickwitted youngsters are a credit to their communities. Great stuff, real-life supermen!
