That's a search phrase someone used on Google.co.uk to find my blog. I write and share any information I find may be useful, like drinking tea made from Tulsi leaves (Basil). It redues blood sugar, and lessens blood pressure also.
Put one tea spoon of Basil leaves in one cup of water, brew on slow heat for about ten minutes in a stainless steel sauncepan. Allow to become warm and sip the tea, and eat the leaves, preferably at night and morning. This normally clears the stomach, and makes you feeling light and relieved.
People with boils and cancer are also said to have benefited from this brew.
Kind regards, and wishing you good health.
