As with America, so with Spain. A new wave of selective immigration may take away the pain.
New blood, younger people, reducing costs and serving the economy.....That, as often happens,
will help to sell the unsold houses, use the disused factories, man the unmanned tasks that need
to be done. Relevant legislation will help turn the picture from grey, desolate emptiness in some
cases, to radiant mural colours.
Also, I looked at the Chinese figures: Retail sales are up 17 percent there. That suggests the
domestic economy is using what they were shipping abroad. Also, China is not investing so
much in US treasuries, so their own GDP will have necessary boost.
That may be a clue : Boost the domestic economy, with earnings being used locally.
Till next time.
