News coming out of China is cautionary, although since it comes from the top, it is being taken very seriously. "Unless there is Domestic demand respectively in U.S. and China, we may face the prospect of a global slowdown".
The U.S. economists seem quite optimstic, for they know the Domestic demand in U.S. will continue to grow, in line with an expansionist policy, which would be even greater if it had blessings of both Democrats and Republicans.
In China, the recent GDP figures of 9.1 percnt were so impressive. With growing demand domestically and improving standards of living in China, they will not short-change themselves, in my opinion.
