It's Saturday afternoon, like many years ago, not rushed or busy.
Mind you, an Elder from the Latter Day Saints Church invited me
to a child's baptism this afternoon, but at that time I had a few
household tasks to do - cooking.
Cooking is fun, a natural activity that people should try. It's pretty
easy, if you follow some logic.
Put a drop of Olive oil in the cooking pot. Dice half an onion, and
add this to the oil. The gas should be on a slow heat.
Next, get all the other ingredients ready - whatever you wish to
cook in the curry.
Open a can of tomatoes, and add this when the onion is starting to
-starting to - become brown.
Add parsley, turmeric, basil leaves, whatever you like in your sauce,
including a very little salt. Add a cup of water.
Now add the vegetables and other ingredients.
Set the cooking bell for 15 minutes.
(For meat dishes, whatever is the required time)
There you have it - Easy cooking, no fuss.
This way, I cook pasta, aubergines, potatoes & peas,
pototoes & chick peas, potatoes & butter beans.
These dishes you can have with rice, pitta-bread, tiger-bread,
parathas, chuppatis, bread.
Delicious food, delicious!
